About Us
Our gymnastics programs are held in our 22,000 sq. ft. facility with top quality equipment. All our classes are taught by qualified instructors utilizing progressive lesson plans. Our preschool classes introduce basic gymnastics skills, listening, and following directions as well as socialization with other children. Our recreational classes teach beginning through advanced gymnastic skills using the 4 Olympic events for girls or the 6 Olympic events for boys. Boys and Girls are taught in separate groups. Motor coordination, strength, flexibility, and skill development are stressed throughout
the program.

Summer Swim
Our goal is to develop happy, healthy, and confident swimmers. We strive to teach your child respect for the water, while developing our child’s swim skills. Our teaching pool is an outdoor, heated pool with a maximum depth of 4.5 feet. We teach classes for all ages (12 mo+) and at all levels (Ages 12 months – 3 years is a parent-tot class).
Birthday Parties
Whether it is for a birthday or another event, tumble in for your personalized party. Enjoy one hour of supervised fun in the gym, including inflatables, Tarzan rings and ropes, 2 foam pits, a surprise for the birthday child and games plus 40 minutes in our party room. Let our team take care of everything for you!
Paper goods, cake, and punch are available for an additional charge. Children under the age of 3 years must be accompanied by an adult.
